优质护理对无偿献血者护理效果及血液质量研究

Study on nursing effect and blood quality of unpaid blood donors by high quality nursing care

目的探讨优质护理对无偿献血者护理效果及血液质量的影响,以期为血站无偿献血者护理方案的制定提供依据和支持。方法此研究选取2023年1月-2023年6月实施优质护理前在安徽省淮北市中心血站进行献血的500名无偿献血者作为对照组,选取2023年7月-2023年12月实施优质护理后在该血站进行献血的500名无偿献血者作为观察组,对两组无偿献血者负面情绪、血液报废率、献血反应引起不足量发生率、护理满意度进行对比分析。结果护理前两组无偿献血者SAS评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),经护理干预,两组无偿献血者SAS评分得到显著改善(P<0.05),且护理后观察组无偿献血者SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血液报废率、献血反应引起不足量发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对无偿献血者实施优质护理可显著改善无偿献血者负面情绪,降低了血液报废率、献血反应引起不足量发生率,献血者护理满意度得到显著提升;结合各血站实际情况,优质护理可推广应用于无偿献血者。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on the nursing effect and blood quality of unpaid blood donors,so as to provide basis and support for the formulation of nursing program for unpaid blood donors in blood banks.Methods A total of 500 cases of unpaid blood donors who donated blood at Huaibei Blood Center from January 2023 to June 2023 before the high quality nursing care were selected as the control group,a total of 500 cases of unpaid blood donors who donated blood at Huaibei Blood Center from July 2023 to December 2023 after the high quality nursing care were selected as the observation group,the negative emotion of unpaid blood donors,the rate of blood scrapping,the rate of insufficient blood donation reaction and the degree of nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the SAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),the scores of SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abrogation rate of blood and the incidence rate of insufficient amount caused by blood donation reaction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing care can significantly improve the negative emotion of unpaid blood donors,reduce the rate of blood scrapping,unpaid blood donor response caused by the incidence of insufficient,unpaid blood donor satisfaction has been significantly improved.Combined with the actual situation of each blood station,high-quality nursing can be popularized in unpaid blood donors.
