六味安消胶囊联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗难治性消化性溃疡的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with rabeprazole quadruple therapy on refractory peptic ulcer

目的探讨六味安消胶囊联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法在难治性消化性溃疡(PU)中的应用价值。方法选取2021年10月-2022年10月金溪县中医院收治的难治性PU患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组(对照组与观察组),每组各40例。对照组行常规雷贝拉唑四联疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上增用六味安消胶囊,比较两组治疗的效果。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组HP根除率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于难治性PU患者给予雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗的同时,增用六味安消胶囊可进一步提升疗效,降低复发率,值得临床采纳与应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with rabeprazole quadruple therapy in refractory peptic ulcer(PU).Methods A total of 80 patients with refractory PU admitted to Jinxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine quadruple therapy with rabeprazole,and the observation group received Liuwei Anxiao capsule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HP eradication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In addition to rabeprazole quadruple therapy for refractory PU patients,the addition of Liuwei Anxiao capsule can further improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical adoption and application.
