摘要
目的分析非布司他治疗高尿酸血症伴胰岛素抵抗的临床效果。方法队列研究。抽取2020年10月至2023年5月济南市第二人民医院收治的76例高尿酸血症伴胰岛素抵抗患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组给予苯溴马隆进行治疗,观察组给予非布司他进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肾功能及胰岛素水平。结果观察组总有效率(94.74%,36/38)高于对照组(78.95%,30/38),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组血清肌酐、血尿酸与尿氮素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数与空腹胰岛素水平低于对照组,胰岛素敏感指数与胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用非布司他治疗高尿酸血症伴胰岛素抵抗效果显著,不仅能改善患者肾功能,还能缓解胰岛素抵抗情况。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of febuxostat in the treatment of hyperuricemia with insulin resistance.Methods This study was a cohort trail.A total of 76 patients with hyperuricemia complicated by insulin resistance who were treated in Jinan Second People’s Hospital from October 2020 to May 2023 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benzbromarone,while the observation group was treated with febuxostat.The clinical efficacy,preoperative and postoperative renal function,and insulin levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.74%,36/38)was higher than that of the control group(78.95%,30/38),P<0.05.The levels of serum creatinine,blood uric acid and urinary nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,insulin resistance index and fasting insulin level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while insulin sensitivity index and isletβcell function index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of febuxostat in the treatment of hyperuricemia with insulin resistance can achieve remarkable therapeutic effects.It can not only improve renal function,but also alleviate insulin resistance.
