In the current context of integrated economic and educational development,school-enterprise cooperation,as a bridge connecting education and industry,plays a crucial role in promoting social and economic development and improving the quality of education.This study focuses on three core dimensions:school-enterprise cooperation,management innovation,and administrative efficiency.The aim is to deeply explore the current development problems of university administrative management within the framework of school-enterprise cooperation,as well as how to improve the efficiency of university administrative work through management innovation mechanisms,and ultimately promote the deepening development of school-enterprise cooperation.
