异地参保大学生就读地住院报销存在的问题及对策——以新疆X大学为例

Problems and countermeasures of hospital reimbursement for college students insurance in different places——Take Xinjiang X University as an example

大学生是社会医疗保障的重要主体,了解异地参保大学生就读地住院报销情况及存在的问题,为减轻大学生医疗经济负担提供参考。文章采用问卷调查和半结构式访谈的方式,调查大学生在异地就医住院报销过程中的备案情况、报销流程等方面的问题。结果表明异地参保大学生医保备案较少、报销意识有待提高。因此要加强大学生医保政策宣传,落实异地就医直接结算政策,适当加强大学生医保报销优惠政策倾斜,提高报销比例。

College students are an important subject of social medical security.To understand the reimbursement situation and existing problems of hospital admission for college students insurance in different places,and to provide reference for reducing the medical economic burden of college students.In this paper,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview are used to investigate the record of college students in the process of hospitalization reimbursement,reimbursement process and other aspects of the situation.The results show that the medical insurance records of college students in different places are less,and the consciousness of reimbursement needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of college studentsmedical insurance policy,implement the policy of direct settlement of medical treatment in different places,appropriately increase the preferential policy of college studentsmedical insurance reimbursement,and increase the reimbursement ratio.
