大数据时代,培养与之相适应的智能管理会计人才是一个不可忽视的问题。文章在理论分析与文献综述的基础上,研究了大数据背景下智能管理会计的人才培养模式。文章从培养目标、课程体系、教师知识结构、课程设置的实践性和考核评价方式等五个方面剖析了大数据时代智能管理会计人才培养存在的问题,并提出了相关的人才培养建议。希望文章的研究能为大数据背景下智能管理会计人才培养模式的完善提供一定的参考。

In the era of big data,cultivating intelligent management accounting talents that are suitable for it is an issue that cannot be ignored.Based on theoretical analysis and literature review,this article studies the talent cultivation model of intelligent management accounting in the context of big data.This article analyzes the problems in the cultivation of intelligent management accounting talents in the era of big data from five aspects:training objectives,curriculum system,teacher knowledge structure,practicality of curriculum design,and assessment and evaluation methods,and puts forward relevant talent cultivation suggestions.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the improvement of the talent cultivation model of intelligent management accounting in the context of big data.
