无托槽隐形矫治器在儿童早期矫正中的应用价值

Application Value of Bracketless Invisible Appliance in Children with Early Coreetion

目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治器在儿童早期矫正中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月在我院进行口腔正畸的88例儿童,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组采用固定矫治器正畸,观察组采用无托槽隐形矫治器正畸。比较两组牙周健康指标、矫治时间、咀嚼功能。结果治疗后,观察组SBI、PLI低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组倾斜牙扶正时间、扭转牙转正时间、矫治总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组咀嚼功能检测波长高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治器可改善早期矫正儿童的牙周健康水平及咀嚼功能,且可缩短矫治时间。

Objective To investigate the application value of bracketless invisible appliance in children with early correction.Methods 88 children with orthodontics in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group used fixed appliance for orthodontics,while the observation group used bracketless invisible appliance for orthodontics.The periodontal health indicators,correction time and masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SBI and PLI of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The tilt tooth straightening time,torsion tooth straightening time and total correction time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the detection wavelength of masticatory function in the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bracketless invisible appliance can improve the periodontal health level and masticatory function of children with early correction,and shorten the correction time.
