自拟益气活血通络汤联合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者的临床效果

Clinical Elfect of Sellf-Made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoection Combined with Rehabilitaion Training in the Treatment of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的探讨自拟益气活血通络汤联合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法将74例中风后偏瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组应用康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟益气活血通络汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、肢体运动功能、生活自理能力及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.30%,高于对照组的81.08%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FMA、BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟益气活血通络汤联合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫的效果较好,可加速患者症状康复,提高其肢体运动功能与生活自理能力,且治疗安全性可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods 74 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.The treatment effect,limb motor function,life self-care ability and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.30%,higher than 81.08%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Self-made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with rehabilitation training has better effect in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke,which can accelerate the symptom recovery of patients,and improve the limb motor function and life self-care ability,with safety and reliability.
