人文护理联合个性化前庭康复训练在良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者中的应用

Application of Humanistic Nursing Combined with Personalized Vestibular Rehabilitation Training for Patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的探讨人文护理联合个性化前庭康复训练在良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的98例BPPV患者,随机分为对照组和联合组各49例。对照组给予个性化前庭康复训练,联合组在对照组基础上采用人文护理。对比两组的前庭功能、平衡能力和眩晕症状及护理满意度。结果护理后,联合组VSI评分低于对照组,BBS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组DHI中的功能、情感、躯体评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组护理满意度为95.92%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。结论人文护理联合个性化前庭康复训练可显著改善BPPV患者的前庭功能和眩晕症状,提升其平衡能力及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing combined with personalized vestibular rehabilitation training for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods 98 BPPV patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given personalized vestibular rehabilitation training,and the combined group was given humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group.The vestibular function,balance ability,vertigo symptom and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the VSI score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the BBS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.o5);The DHI scores of function,emotion and body scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the combined group was 95.92%,higher than 79.59%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic nursing combined with personalized vestibular rehabilitation training can significantly improve the vestibular function and vertigo symptoms,and improve the balance ability and nursing satisfaction degree of BPPV patients.
