Development and Application of Industrial IoT Components Based on KingIOT in Manufacturing Information Systems

传统制造业是我国制造业的主体,是现代化产业体系的基底。推动传统制造业转型升级,是主动适应和引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的战略选择,是提高产业链供应链韧性和安全水平的重要举措,是推进新型工业化、加快制造强国建设的必然要求,关系现代化产业体系建设全局。该文结合制造业实际需求案例从数据汇聚、数据处理、数据共享等3个方面对工业物联网在制造业信息化系统中的开发与应用进行了详细的分析和介绍;并针对如何实现数据汇聚、打破数据壁垒、缩短系统开发周期、降低开发运维成本、使项目快速落地,论述了通过采用面向工程师的全组态工业物联网组件KingIOT快速完成制造业信息化系统的开发、部署与应用,开发运行效果表明,所开发的系统具有较好的易用性、可靠性和可扩展性,并能高效实现随需而变。

Traditional manufacturing is the mainstay of China’s manufacturing industry and the foundation of a modern industrial system.Promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry is a strategic choice to actively adapt to and lead a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.It is an important measure to improve the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain,and an inevitable requirement to promote new industrialization and accelerate the construction of a strong manufacturing country.It is related to the overall construction of a modern industrial system.This article provides a detailed analysis and introduction of the development and application of industrial Internet of things in manufacturing information systems from three aspects:data aggregation,data processing,and data sharing,based on actual manufacturing demand cases.And focusing on how to achieve data aggregation,break down data barriers,shorten system development cycles,reduce development and operation costs,and enable projects to land quickly,this paper discusses the rapid development,deployment,and application of manufacturing information systems through the use of the fully configured industrial Internet of things component KingIoT for engineers.The development and operation results show that the developed system has good usability,reliability and scalability,and can efficiently achieve on-demand changes.
