摘要
介绍了使用配备电导模块和电导电极的T7电位滴定仪测定热镀锌脱脂液中电导率值的测量不确定度评定。根据梅特勒厂家提供的电导率测量原理建立电导率值与输入量的数学模型,分析识别了影响不确定度的各个来源,分别对各个分量的标准不确定度进行评定,计算出相对合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:采用T7电位滴定仪加装的电导模块测定热镀锌脱脂液中电导率值,当测量电导率值为35.54 mS/cm,包含因子k=2时,扩展不确定度为0.36 mS/cm。
The measurement uncertainty evaluation of the conductivity value in hot dip galvanizing degreasing solution using a T7 potentiometric titrator equipped with a conductivity module and electrodes was introduced.Based on the conductivity measurement method provided by Mettler,a mathematical model was established for the conductivity value and input quantity.Various factors that affect uncertainty were analyzed and identified,and the standard uncertainty of each component was evaluated.The relative combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The results show that when the measured conductivity value of the hot dip galvanizing degreasing solution was 35.54 mS/cm with inclusion factor k=2,the expanded uncertainty was 0.36 mS/cm.
