云南省高校冰雪运动开展的制约因素与对策研究

Research on the Constraintss and Countermeasures for the Development of Ice and Snow Sports in Colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province

该文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法对云南省高校冰雪运动开展的价值、制约因素和对策研究进行分析。经调查研究发现,云南省高校开展冰雪运动有利于大学生身心健康的发展、有利于扩宽校园文化和有助于西南区域冰雪产业发展等价值,然而也存在着冰雪自然资源不足、缺乏专业师资队伍和教学资源紧缺的制约因素。综上所述,应积极加强教师专业化、加强课程系统化与多元化建设,以及加强完善学校+企业联合培养模式,促进云南省高校开展冰雪运动的进程。

This paper analyzes the value,constraints and countermeasures of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province through the methods of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,and finds that the development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is conducive to the development of college students'physical and mental health,the expansion of campus culture and the development of ice and snow industry in southwest China.However,there are also constraints such as insufficient ice and snow natural resources,lack of professional teaching staff and shortage of teaching resources.To sum up,we should actively strengthen the professionalization of teachers,strength-en the systematic and diversified construction of courses,strengthen and improve the joint training model of school+enter-prise,so as to promote the process of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.
