《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的提出,为体育教学的改革发展指明了方向。青少年作为社会主义发展的根基,其体质健康不仅关乎个人的未来发展,同样也与祖国发展有密切联系。2020年颁布的《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》对现阶段高中体育教学的主要任务与职责作出了指导,明确了高中体育教学的地位,也对高中体育教师提出了新的要求,新时代高中体育教师不仅肩负着体育教学任务,同样也承担培养新时代德智体美劳综合素养人才的职责。在此背景下,该文对新时代高中体育教师的核心素养内涵和构成要素做全面分析和研究,在此基础上针对如何培养高中体育教师核心素养提出了实施策略。

The proposal of the"Healthy China 2030"planning outline has pointed out the direction for the reform and development of physical education teaching.As the foundation of socialist development,the physical health of young people is not only related to their future development,but also closely related to the development of the motherland.The"On Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era"promulgated in 2020 provides guidance on the main tasks and responsibilities of high school physical education teaching at the current stage,and clarifies the status of high school physical education teaching.It also puts forward new requirements for high school physical education teachers,who not only shoulder the task of physical education teaching,but also undertake the responsibility of cultivating moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor comprehensive literacy talents in the new era.In this context,this paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the connotation and components of the core literacy of high school physical education teachers in the new era,and proposes implementation strategies on how to cultivate the core literacy of high school physical education teachers on the basis.
