Students majoring in physical education should not only pay attention to their own professional development,but also pay attention to their physical and mental health and achieve all-round development.This paper analyzes the importance of carrying out labor education(hereinafter referred to as labor education)courses for physical education majors,and conducts in-depth research to realize curriculum optimization,focusing on the cultivation of sports talents in the new era.
