高校足球专项学生学习压力对足球学习成绩的影响

The Effect of Learning Pressure of College Football Special Students on Football Academic Performance

为探索高校足球专项学生足球成绩的影响因素,以广西高校足球专项课的217名学生为调查对象,采用学习压力量表、心理韧性量表、学习成绩问卷进行问卷调查;结果显示,学习压力总分及各维度与学习成绩总分、心理弹性总分及各维度之间均呈显著相关;依据分层线性回归发现,学习压力与学习成绩之间(β=-0.523,p<0.001),心理弹性与学习成绩之间(β=0.494,p<0.001),学习压力*心理弹性与学习成绩之间(β=-0.314,p<0.001);得出结论,高校足球专项课学生学习压力、学习成绩、心理弹性之间呈现两两相关的关系,并且心理弹性在学习压力和学习成绩之间存在负向调节效应;建议高校足球专项教师应重视学生心理弹性方面的培养,减少学习压力,进而提升学生的学习成绩。

In order to explore the influencing factors of football performance of college football special students,217 students in college football special courses in Guangxi were selected as the survey subjects,and the questionnaire survey was conducted by using the Learning Stress Scale,Mental Toughness Scale,and Academic Performance Questionnaire.The results showed that the total score and various dimensions of learning pressure were significantly correlated with the total score of academic performance,the total score of psychological flexibility and each dimension;based on stratified linear regression,it was found that the relationship between learning pressure and academic performance(β=-0.523,p<0.001),between psychological flexibility and academic performance(β=0.494,p<0.001),between learning pressure*psychological flexibility and academic performance(β=-0.314,p<0.001),it is concluded that there is a two-by-two correlation between learning pressure,academic performance,and psychological flexibility,and psychological flexibility has a negative regulatory effect between learning pressure and academic performance.It is recommended that college football teachers should pay attention to the culivation of students'psychological flexibility and reduce learning stress,thereby improving students'academic performance.
