健康体适能理念下高校田径教学方法研究

Research on the Teaching Methods of Track and Field in Colleges and Universities under the Concept of Health-Related Physical Fitness

摘要 目前中国高校田径教学方法存在诸多问题,如教学内容陈旧、教学模式单一、教学评价方式不完善等,这对大学生体质健康水平的提升很不利。健康体适能,是提升生活质量和完成工作学习任务所必须具备的体能,基本涵盖了学习体育教学目标。基于此,该文首先指出高校田径教学方法存在的问题,其次阐述了健康体适能理念,再次分析了健康体适能融入高校田径教学的优势,最后提出健康体适能理念下高校田径教学方法的创新路径,旨在促进高校田径教学质量的提升,并为大学生提供科学健康的田径体育学习方法。 At present,there are many problems in the teaching methods of athletics in colleges and universities in China,such as outdated teaching content,single teaching mode,and imperfect teaching evaluation methods,which are unfavorable to the improvement of college students'physical fitness and health.Healthy physical fitness is the physical fitness necessary to improve the quality of life and complete work and study tasks,which basically covers the learning and physical education teaching objectives.Based on this,this paper firstly points out the problems existing in the teaching methods of track and field in colleges and universities,then summarizes the concept of health-related physical fitness,then analyzes the advantages of integrating health and physical fitness into college track and field teaching,and finally puts forward the innovative path of college track and field teaching methods under the concept of health fitness,aiming to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of track and field in colleges and universities and provide college students with scientific and healthy track and field sports learning methods.
