达州市通川区老年人公共体育服务的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Public Sports Services for the Elderly in Tongchuan District,Dazhou City

《“十四五”体育发展规划》指出,要进一步提升老年人、职业群体及残疾人等全民健身公共服务水平。体育运动不但能增强老年人身体素质、抵御疾病,还能够丰富老年人的精神生活并提高其社会适应力。该文应用文献分析法、调查研究法、访谈法等研究方法,对达州通川区老年人公共性体育服务制度现状、场地设施现状、组织管理现状开展调查分析,发现达州通川区老年人公共性体育服务遭遇几个问题:老年人公共体育服务的制度不健全、老年人公共体育服务的场地设施不完善、老年人公共体育服务的组织管理不到位。为了进一步改进与完善达州市通川区老年人的公共体育服务,促进达州市通川区老年人的身心健康,该研究结合达州市通川区的实际情况,提出了以下对策建议:结合具体情况完善公共体育服务制度;大力建设公共体育服务设施;不断加强老年人公共体育组织管理服务。

The"14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development"issued by the State Council points out that the level of public fitness services for the elderly,occupational groups,and people with disabilities should be further improved.Sports can not only enhance the physical fitness and protect them from diseases,but also enrich their spiritual life and improve their social adaptability.This study applied research methods such as literature analysis,survey research,and interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of public sports services system,venue facilities,organization and management for the elderly in Tongchuan District,Dazhou.It was found that at this stage,public sports services for the elderly in Tongchuan District faced several problems:the system for public sports services for the elderly was not sound,②the venue facilities for public sports services for the elderly were not perfect The organization and management of public sports services for the elderly are inadequate.In order to further improve and perfect the public sports services for the elderly in Tongchuan District,Dazhou City,and to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly,this study proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation of Tongchuan District,Dazhou City:①to improve the public sports service system according to the specific situation;②to make great efforts to build facilities for public sports services;?and to continuously strengthen the management and services of public sports organizations for the elderly。
