吐鲁番市大气环境管控分区划定研究

摘要 本文针对吐鲁番市存在关键资料缺乏、模型选择不匹配、阈值选择不明确、规定方法没有代表性等问题,提出了权重赋值法、均布虚拟点源模拟法、空气资源评估及分析等方法开展管控分区划定工作。结果表明:(1)本研究能较好地解决大气环境管控分区划定过程中的指导技术方法不适用问题,可以为其他地区大气环境管控分区的划定提供参考。(2)吐鲁番市划定的优先保护区共涉及14个保护区,划定的重点管控区包括:29个受体敏感区、43个高排放区、24个布局敏感区和18个弱扩散区,划定的一般管控区为27个。 This paper addresses the problems of lack of key information,mismatch in model selection,unclear threshold selection,and lack of representativeness of the prescribed methods in Turpan City,and proposes the weight assignment method,uniform distribution virtual point source simulation method,air resource assessment and analysis,and other methods to carry out the control zone delineation.The results show that:(1)the method of this study can better solve the problem of inapplicability of guiding technical methods in the process of air environment control zoning delineation,and can provide reference for the delineation of air environment control zoning in other regions;(2)the priority protection zones delineated in Turpan City involve a total of 14 protection zones;the key control zones delineated include:29 receptor sensitive zones,43 high emission zones,24 layout sensitive zones and 18 weak dispersion areas;27 general control areas were designated.
