河北省乡村旅游与乡村振兴耦合协调发展策略

乡村旅游逐步发展成为促进乡村振兴的重要途径,乡村旅游市场规模不断扩大。构建河北省乡村旅游和乡村振兴耦合评价指标体系,运用综合指数法、系统耦合理论对河北省乡村旅游与乡村振兴的统计数据进行建模分析,了解到河北省乡村旅游和乡村振兴处于明显的耦合阶段,耦合协调度上升为中度协调水平。河北省乡村旅游与乡村振兴在耦合协调发展中还有较大的提升空间,建议构建乡村旅游与乡村产业融合机制,提升乡村旅游产品创新与文化内涵挖掘水平,进一步完善乡村基础设施,提高公共服务质量,推动乡村旅游绿色可持续发展,探索公平合理的利益分配机制。

Rural tourism has become the means of rural revitalization,with the scale of rural tourism market expanding greatly.The writers attempt,by comprehensive indexing method and systematic cou-pling theory,to build a coupling evaluation index for rural tourism and rural revitalization in Hebei to model and analyze the data collected.A deeper understanding is gained at stage of obvious coupling,and the degree of coupling rises to the level of medium of coordination.It is further suggested to build a mech-anism for an integration of rural tourism and industries,improve the product innovation and cultural con-notation,infrastructure,green and sustainable development,and find a mechanism for fair and reasonable sharing of benefits.
