四川省卫生资源配置及经济发展水平空间分析

Spatial Analysis of Health Resource Allocation and Economic Development Level in Sichuan Province

目的:分析2016—2021年四川省卫生资源和地区生产总值的空间分布模式及变化特征,为优化卫生资源配置提供参考。方法:运用空间自相关及相对发展率探究四川省卫生资源和地区生产总值的空间分布及发展趋势。结果:四川省卫生资源配置及经济发展水平整体呈现东部和西部地区较低、成都市及周边地区水平较高的特点;局部自相关结果显示,2016—2021年,四川省卫生资源及地区生产总值的空间聚集性未得到明显缓解,卫生人力资源的低-低聚集区为四川东北部部分地级市,地区生产总值的低-低聚集区为四川西部的甘孜州;不同时间段卫生资源增长空间格局的变化情况与卫生资源地理空间变化基本不一致。结论:四川省卫生资源空间分布不均衡,四川西部、东北部等部分地级市空间聚集明显,经济水平差异影响卫生资源配置。建议四川省政府部门在提高经济实力的同时加大对卫生领域的投入,根据当地需求加强人才培养和引进,改善人力资源的空间区域分布。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the spatial distribution pattern and change characteristics of health resources and gross regional product in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2021,and to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of health resources.METHODS Spatial autocorrelation and NICH methods were used to analyze the spatial distribution and development trend of health resources and gross regional product in Sichuan Province.RESULTS The allocation of health resources and the level of economic development in Sichuan Province were lower in the eastern and western regions,and higher in Chengdu and its surrounding areas.Local autocorrelation results showed that the spatial aggregation of health resources and gross regional product in Sichuan Province had not been significantly alleviated from 2016 to 2021,and the low-low concentration area of health human resources was some cities in northeast Sichuan,and the low-low concentration area of gross regional domestic production was Ganzi Prefecture in west Sichuan.The change trend of the spatial pattern of health resources growth in different time periods was almost inconsistent with the change of health resources geographic space.CONCLUSION The spatial distribution of health resources in Sichuan Province was not balanced,and some cities in western and northeastern Sichuan had obvious spatial aggregation.The difference of economic level affects the allocation of health resources.It is suggested that the government should increase the investment in the field of health while improving the economic strength,strengthen the training and introduction of talents according to local needs,and improve the spatial and regional distribution of human resources.
