子痫前期孕妇脂代谢情况及影响因素分析

Discussion of Lipid Metabolism and Its Influencing Factors in Pregnant Women with Preeclampsia

目的:探讨子痫前期(Preeclampsia,PE)孕妇脂代谢情况及其影响因素,以期为PE孕妇的健康管理提供指导。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月上海市长宁区妇幼保健院收治的150例PE孕妇,测定所有孕妇脂代谢水平,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。结果:年龄、孕前BMI、是否患有糖尿病、血压控制情况对PE孕妇脂代谢的影响,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为6.097、4.776、13.776、17.421,P<0.05);孕周、孕次、产次、不良分娩史、胎数、多囊卵巢综合征比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄≥35岁、孕前BMI≥23 kg/m^(2)、血压控制情况不良均是影响子痫前期孕妇脂代谢的危险因素,而无糖尿病是影响其脂代谢的保护因素。结论:年龄、孕前BMI、血压控制情况、糖尿病均是影响子痫前期孕妇脂代谢的因素。对于上述因素可给予对症干预治疗,以调节子痫前期孕妇的脂代谢水平。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the lipid metabolism of pregnant women with Preeclampsia(PE)and its influencing factors,in order to provide guidance for the health management of PE pregnant women.METHODS From January 2021 to January 2023,150 pregnant women with PE treated in Changning District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shanghai were selected to determine the lipid metabolism level of all pregnant women and analyze the related influencing factors.RESULTS There were significant differences in age,pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI),diabetes mellitus and blood pressure control between normal lipid metabolism group and abnormal lipid metabolism group(χ^(2)=6.097,4.776,13.776,17.421,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gestational age,gestational time,delivery time,adverse delivery history,number of fetages and PCOS(P>0.05).Age≥35 years old,pre-pregnancy BMI≥23 kg/m^(2) and poor blood pressure control were all risk factors affecting the lipid metabolism of preeclampsia pregnant women,while the absence of diabetes was a protective factor.CONCLUSION Age,pre-pregnancy BMI,blood pressure control and diabetes were all factors that affect lipid metabolism of pregnant women with preeclampsia.Symptomatic intervention can be given to the above factors to regulate the level of lipid metabolism of pregnant women with PE.
