滨海环境下既有混凝土结构耐久性分析与评定

Durability analysis and assessment of existing concrete structures in coastal environment

摘要 通过对珠海市体育中心4个场馆的混凝土微观结构、孔径分布和氯离子含量分布进行分析,研究了滨海环境下既有混凝土结构的耐久性能并对其耐久性等级进行了评定。结果表明:滨海环境下既有混凝土结构均存在不同程度的硫酸盐和氯盐侵蚀问题,处于室外迎风面和潮湿环境的混凝土构件遭受硫酸盐和氯盐侵蚀问题较为严重,混凝土中大孔所占的比例较小;而处于室外背风面和室内环境的混凝土构件所面临的侵蚀问题则较轻,混凝土中大孔所占的比例则较大。基于滨海环境下既有混凝土结构耐久性能分析结果,评定珠海市体育中心4个场馆的混凝土结构耐久性不满足要求并给出耐久性处理措施。 By analyzing the microstructures,pore size distributions,and chloride profiles of concrete in four venues of Zhuhai Sports Center,the durability performance of existing concrete structures in coastal environments was studied and their durability levels were assessed.The results indicate that existing concrete structures in coastal environments have varying degrees of sulfate attack and chloride erosion problems.Concrete members located on outdoor windward and humid environments are more severely affected by sulfate attack and chloride erosion,and the proportion of large pores in concrete is relatively small;The corrosion problems faced by concrete members located on the outdoor leeward and indoor environments are relatively light,and the proportion of large pores in concrete is relatively large.Based on the durability analysis results of existing concrete structures in coastal environments,it is assessed that the durability of the concrete structures of the four venues in Zhuhai Sports Center does not meet the requirements and the durability treatment measures are provided.
