摘要
教师队伍建设是教育强国建设的基础性和战略性支撑。围绕什么是好老师、如何认识教师、采用什么方法、通过什么路径建设教师队伍的问题,习近平总书记提出了一系列新观点新思想,构成了新时代建设高素养专业化创新型教师队伍的战略思路和实践遵循。本体论上,从教师本身角度,教师要做“四有好老师”;从学生发展角度,教师要做“四个引路人”;从品质提升角度,教师要具备“教育家精神”。认识论上,教师作为立教之本、兴教之源,要做到经师和人师的统一,是“中国梦”得以实现的“筑梦人”与“大先生”。方法论上,坚持把师德师风作为教师第一标准、教师首先要明道信道、以“四个统一”协同育人、加强思想政治教师队伍建设。实践论上,教育优先发展中优先建设教师队伍、教师队伍建设中优先建设乡村教师、提高教师职业待遇、在教师群体中加强党的组织建设。
The construction of teacher team is the basic and strategic support for the construction of an educational country of quality.Focusing on the questions of what is a good teacher,how to understand teachers,what methods to adopt and what path to build a teacher team,President Xi Jinping put forward a series of new ideas and thoughts,which constitute the strategic thinking and practice of building a high quality professional and innovative teacher team in the new era.Ontologically,from the perspective of teachers themselves,teachers should become"good teachers in four aspects";from the perspective of student development,teachers should be"guides in four aspects";from the perspective of quality improvement,teachers should have"the spirit as an educator".Epistemologically,teachers,as the foundation of education and the source of education,should achieve the unity of knowledge disseminating teacher and moral construction teacher,and are the"dream constructor"and"esteemed masters"to realize the"Chinese dream".In terms of methodology,we should adhere to ethics as being the most important quality for teachers,and teachers should understand and believe in the correct way,fulfill collaborative education with"four unification",and strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers.In practice,we should give priority to the construction of teachers in the development of education,give priority to the construction of rural teachers in the construction of teachers,improve the professional treatment of teachers,and strengthen the Party's organizational construction in the group of teachers.
