铁代谢在血管性认知障碍中的研究进展

摘要 铁是大脑正常发育和认知功能维持不可或缺的微量元素,故当体内铁稳态被破坏时(无论是铁过载还是铁缺乏),都会对大脑带来一系列不良影响。血管性认知障碍是以脑力减退、思维弱化等认知功能损害为主要特征的神经退行性疾病,严重危害着人们的健康。目前,铁代谢与血管性认知障碍的关系研究正受到越来越多的关注。本文现围绕铁代谢过程及其在血管性认知障碍发生发展中的作用研究进展进行总结归纳,以期为血管性认知障碍的预防及治疗提供新的思路和方法。 Iron is an essential trace element for brain development and cognitive function maintenance.Iron homeostasis disruption in the body,whether due to iron overload or deficiency,may lead to a series of adverse consequences to the brain.Vascular cognitive impairment is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive impairment such as mental decline and weak thinking,which seriously endangers people's health.At present,the relationship between iron metabolism and vascular cognitive impairment is receiving more and more attention.This paper summarizes the progress of iron metabolism and its role in vascular cognitive impairment,in order to provide new ideas and methods for prevention and treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.
