专科护士实践模式的全程护理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of the Whole Course Nursing of Specialist Nurse Practice Mode on Blood Glucose and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨专科护士实践模式的全程护理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血糖及妊娠结局的影响,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月南通大学附属通州医院收治的78例GDM孕妇作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为与对照组38例和实验组40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施专科护士实践模式的全程护理干预。比较两组孕妇血糖控制效果及妊娠结局情况。结果:干预后,两组孕妇空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均明显低于干预前,且实验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.864、2.093,P<0.05)。实验组孕妇及新生儿并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.223、5.146,P<0.05)。结论:专科护士实践模式的全程护理可有效控制GDM孕妇血糖,改善不良妊娠结局,降低孕妇及新生儿并发症发生率。

Objective:To probe into the influence of the whole course nursing of the practice mode of the specialized nurses on the blood sugar and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),so as to provide the basis for the clinical nursing.Methods:A total of 78 pregnant women with GDM from January 2021 to December 2022 in Tongzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were selected,and they were divided into control group(38 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given the full-course nursing intervention with the practice mode of specialized nurses.The blood glucose control effect and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(t=2.864,2.093;P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=5.223,5.146;P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course nursing of the practice mode of specialist nurses can effectively control the blood glucose of GDM pregnant women,improve the adverse pregnancy outcome,and reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant women and newborns.
