落实党的二十大精神强化乡村人才培养——以湖南全日制农民大学生电子商务专业为例

摘要 党的二十大报告明确指出,全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨、最繁重的任务仍然在农村。乡村振兴,关键靠人。湖南全日制农民大学生计划旨在培养一支“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”的农村实用人才队伍。基于此,深入贯彻党的二十大精神,通过分析湖南全日制农民大学生电子商务专业人才培养现状,发现存在市县覆盖深度不够,线下实践环节落实不到位,教学偏重理论缺少技能证书获取等问题。未来应扩大人才培养规模,深化校内外实践活动,加强课证融通,以提高全日制农民大学生人才培养质量。 The report to the 20th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that the most arduous and heavy task of building a modern socialist country in all respects still lies in the countryside.The key to promoting rural revital⁃ization depends on people.The full-time farmer college student program in Hunan aims to cultivate a team of rural practical talents who"understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers".Based on this,this article thor⁃oughly implements the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,and through analyzing the current situation of the training of the e-commerce professionals of full-time peasant college students in Hunan,it finds that there are some problems such as the insufficient coverage of cities and counties,the inadequate implementation of offline practical links,emphasis on theory in teaching and the lack of skill certificate acquisition.In the future,it is necessary to expand the scale of talent training,deepen practice activities inside and outside the school,and strengthen the integration of courses and certificates,so as to improve the training quality of the talent of full-time farmer college students.
