教育拉动乡村经济增长的作用机制研究——贯彻党的二十大精神全面推进乡村振兴

党的二十大报告明确指出,要全面推进乡村振兴。要全面推进乡村振兴,就得推动乡村经济实现可持续增长,而教育在拉动乡村经济增长中起着重要作用。教育可以提高人力资本质量,人力资本质量的提高又推动全要素生产率的提升,进而拉动乡村经济增长。教育还能够培养村民的文化素养、认知水平和工作技能,提升他们就业的竞争力,扩大乡村中等收入群体,促进消费升级,推动乡村工商业的蓬勃发展,从而扩大乡村消费市场的内需,阻断脱贫人员返贫,缩小城乡之间的发展差距。

The report to the 20th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that we would comprehensively pro⁃mote rural revitalization.In order to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,it is necessary to promote the sustainable growth of rural economy,and education plays an important role in driving the growth of rural economy.Education can improve the quality of human capital,and the improvement of the quality of human capi⁃tal can promote the improvement of total factor productivity,so as to drive the growth of rural economy.Educa⁃tion can also cultivate the cultural literacy,cognitive level and work skills of rural residents,enhance their competi⁃tiveness in employment,expand the middle-income group in rural areas,promote consumption upgrading and pro⁃mote the vigorous development of rural industry and commerce,so as to expand the domestic demand of the rural consumer market,prevent people from returning to poverty after being lifted out of it and narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas.
