摘要
大型公共建筑物中通过能耗管控及改造进行节能降耗的系统是根据建筑特点、通过无线物联网技术链接的、针对管理人员的能耗管理平台,结合各类、项能耗数据的可靠采集,各用能设备的科学管控,不但能准确地掌握不同用途建筑、核对计算单元、特定区域和重点用能设备的能耗,使能源得到合理的利用,而且能够有效指导大型公共建筑的能源管理,给使用的建筑评测和节能改造提供相关依据。该平台基于互联网技术,具有实时的能耗数据采集和通信、远方云端输送数据、自动根据不同的项目分开统计、分析数据、比对分析、报表展示和管理、数据上传和存储等一系列功能,满足大部分公共建筑能耗监测和管控的内容和要求。
The system of energy conservancy and consumption reduction by energy consumption control and reno⁃vation in large-scale public buildings is an energy consumption management platform for managers that is based on the characteristics of buildings and linked by wireless IoT technology.Combined with the reliable collection of all kinds of energy consumption data and the scientific control of various energy consumption equipment,it not only accurately grasps the energy consumption of buildings for different purposes,check calculation units,special areas and key energy consumption equipment,so as to reasonably utilize energy and avoid waste,but also effectively guides the energy management of large-scale public buildings,so as to provide relevant basis for the evaluation and energy-saving renovation of buildings in service.This platform is based on Internet technology and has a series of functions such as real-time energy consumption data collection and communication,the remote cloud transmission of data,automatic statistics according to different projects,data analysis,comparison analysis,report display and man⁃agement and data upload and storage,which meets the content and requirements of the energy consumption moni⁃toring and control of most of public buildings.
