基于管道配水技术及水泵机械维修的直饮工程应用研究

摘要 面向直饮工程的管道配水技术中,对高处供水管道供水压力的设计考虑存在一定的不足,并且在该方面的设计还很少。研究根据高处优先供水的原则,设计了一种马鞍形管道配水技术,通过以同径三通为核心,最大化实现高处供水效率的提高。此外,研究对面向直饮供水泵站的水泵机械维修密封技术进行研究,设计实验验证。结果表明:研究提出的水泵机械密封技术表现出了更加明显的磨损损失,不锈钢与橡胶磨损损失分别为1.22和0.24;机械密封磨损寿命在可信度为0.98左右时,磨损寿命达到了4.9 a,安装马鞍形配水管道的供水效率更高,并且供水稳定。实验验证了此项技术可以实现高达98.3%的高层建筑供水效率输出,为直饮工程高处供水、水泵维修提供了技术参考。 In the pipeline water distribution technology for direct drinking projects,there are certain shortcomings in the design consideration of the water supply pressure of high-place water supply pipelines,and there is still little design in this aspect.This study designs a saddle-shaped pipeline water distribution technology based on the prin⁃ciple of giving priority to high-place water supply,which takes the tee of the same diameter as the core to maxi⁃mize the efficiency of high-place water supply.In addition,this paper studies the mechanical maintenance and seal⁃ing technology of water pumps for direct-drinking water pumping stations,and designs experiments to verify it.The results show that the proposed mechanical seal technology for water pumps exhibits more significant wear losses,with stainless steel and rubber wear losses of 1.22 and 0.24,respectively,the wear life of the mechanical seal reaches 4.9 a when the reliability level is around 0.98,and that installing the saddle-shaped water distribution pipe⁃line has a more efficient and stable water supply.Experiments have verified that this technology can achieve up to 98.3%of the water supply efficiency output of high-rise buildings.This study provides technical reference for highplace water supply and pump maintenance in direct drinking engineering.
