摘要
流动注射测定氨氮的方法在环境监测领域得到广泛应用,但仪器维护、数据处理等方面的关键问题亟待解决。本文旨在通过优化流动注射测定氨氮的方法,提高其准确性和可靠性,以满足环境监测的需求,并以流动注射测定氨氮方法为基础,结合合理的数据处理与质量控制策略,建立了完备的实验流程;通过仪器维护与校准,优化反应条件和参数设定,实现了对氨氮含量的准确而快速的检测。另外,本文还详细论述了数据处理流程的建立及质量控制体系的参与,并通过具体案例验证了这些策略的可行性。
The method of measuring ammonia nitrogen by mobile injection is widely used in thefield of environmental monitoring,but the key problems in instrument maintenance and data processing need to be solved urgently.This paper aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of ammonia nitrogen by optimizing its method,so as to meet the needs of environmental monitoring,and establish a complete experimental process based on the method of ammonia nitrogen and combining reasonable data processing and quality control strategies.Through instrument maintenance and calibration,optimized reaction conditions and parameter setting,the accurate and rapid detection of ammonia nitrogen content is realized.In the other hand,this paper discusses the establishment of data processing process,the participation of quality control system,and verifies the feasibility of the strategy through specific cases.
