化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤对异位妊娠患者临床疗效、输卵管通畅率及血清抗子宫内膜抗体阳性率的影响

Impacts of Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with methotrexate on the efficacy,tube patency rate,and serum anti-endometrial antibody positive rate in patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的探究化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤对异位妊娠患者疗效、输卵管通畅率及血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)阳性率的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的78例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组给予化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组疗效、输卵管通畅率及血清EMAb阳性率。结果观察组治疗总有效率、输卵管通畅率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组EMAb阳性率及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平较治疗前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组雌二醇(E_(2))水平较治疗前显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间及改善时间较对照组显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化瘀消癥汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠患者,可有效提高输卵管通畅率,降低血清EMAb阳性率,缩短临床症状消失时间,改善卵巢功能,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with methotrexate on the efficacy,tubal patency rate and serum anti-endometrial antibody(EMAb)positivity rate in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given methotrexate treatment,and the observation group was given Huayu Xiecheng Decoction combined with methotrexate treatment.The efficacy,tubal patency rate and serum EMAb positivity rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and tubal patency rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The EMAb positivity rate,β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the estrodiol(E_(2))levels of the two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time and improvement time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Treating ectopic pregnancy patients with methotrexate in combination with Huayu Xiezhong Decoction can effectively improve tubal patency rate,reduce serum EMAb positive rate,shorten clinical symptom disappearance time,and improve ovarian function,with remarkable clinical effects.
