石氏椎脉回春汤治疗痰湿阻络型椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

目的探讨石氏椎脉回春汤治疗痰湿阻络型椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究。方法选取在骨科收治住院130例颈椎病患者,于2020年5月至2022年5月采用数字随机法分治疗组与对照组,每组65例。对照组口服尼莫地平片治疗。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服石氏椎脉回春汤治疗。比较两组临床效果、颈椎部疼痛程度、颈椎功能障碍、中医症状评分及血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)]水平。结果治疗组临床总有效率98.46%明显高于对照组的总有效率83.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后7、14、28 d治疗组的VAS评分、明显低于对照组,NDI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的头晕目眩、头重如裹、四肢麻木、失眠纳呆评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后7、14、28 d治疗组的椎动脉血流速度、基底动脉血流速度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石氏椎脉回春汤有效改善椎动脉型颈椎病痰湿阻络型临床症状,能缓解颈部疼痛,可促进颈部血液循环,扩张脑血管增加供血量,能机体炎性因子水平减低,且安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical study Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis blocking collaterals.Methods A total of 130 Department of Orthopedics were selected.From May 2020 to May 2022,they were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 65 patients in each group.The clinical effect,degree of cervical spine pain,cervical spine dysfunction,TCM symptom score and serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interferon(IFN-γ),interleukin(IL-1β)were compared between the two groups,interleukin(IL-6)]levels.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.46%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 83.08%(P<0.05).In the control group,the NDI score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance(P<0.05);higher than those in the control group at 7 days,14 days and 28 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IFN-γwere higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effectively improve the clinical symptoms of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis with phlegm dampness.
