探讨急诊护士在急救妇科急腹症患者期间运用护患沟通技巧的临床效果

目的探讨急诊护士在急救妇科急腹症患者期间运用护患沟通技巧的临床效果。方法选取2023年1-10月,该院急救妇科收治的242例急腹症患者为研究对象,采取随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=121)与对照组(n=121)。其中对照组采取常规急诊护理,观察组在此基础上结合护患沟通技巧干预,遂对组间患者救护指标、护理满意度进行数据对比。结果依照对比结果得知,观察组患者救护指标中预检分诊、确诊、围术准备以及观测时长均较对照组低,且各满意度分项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过在急救妇科急腹症患者过程中,急诊护士为患者实施护患沟通技巧干预,可有效缩短患者病症诊断用时,及时进行医治,强化患者生存能力,提高护理满意度,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nurses in emergency patients.Methods A total of 242 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the emergency gynecology department from January to October 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=121)and control group(n=121)by random number table.Among them,the control group adopted routine emergency care.On this basis,the observation group combined with nurse-patient communication skills to compare the data of patient rescue indicators and nursing satisfaction between the groups.Results According to the comparison results,the triage,diagnosis,postoperative preparation and observation time were lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of emergency gynecological acute abdominal patients,emergency nurses implement nurse-patient communication skills intervention for patients,which can effectively shorten the diagnosis of patients′diseases,timely treatment,strengthen the survival ability of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,which has a high clinical application value.
