摘要
随着饮食、环境等因素的变化,结直肠癌的发病率逐年上升。为了更准确的诊断以及更有效的治疗结直肠癌,长链非编码RNA的研究成为了近年来的热点之一。长链非编码RNA水平的变化可通过各种作用机制影响结直肠癌的发生、转移及耐药。上皮-间充质转化是造成结直肠癌发展及化疗耐药性的主要原因之一。本文以长链非编码RNA如何影响上皮-间充质转化促进结直肠癌发展为起点,探究未来是否能以长链非编码RNA为靶点来抑制结肠癌的发展,进而提升患者的生存期。长链非编码RNA可通过上皮-间充质转化促进结直肠癌发生发展、抑制结直肠癌的发展、促进结直肠癌的耐药。但是,上皮-间充质转化与结直肠癌发展及转移的具体机制尚不明了。总之,长链非编码RNA与上皮-间充质转化之间存在密切的关系。进一步研究长链非编码RNA在上皮-间充质转化过程中的作用机制,有助于深入理解皮-间充质转化的调控网络,并为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点和策略。
With the changes of diet,environment and other factors,the incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing year by year.In order to diagnose colorectal cancer more accurately and treat colorectal cancer more effectively,the research of Long non-coding RNA has become one of the hot spots in recent years.Changes in the level of long-chain non coding RNA can affect the occurrence,metastasis and drug resistance of colorectal cancer through various mechanisms.Epithelial mesenchymal transformation is one of the main causes of colorectal cancer development and chemotherapy resistance.Therefore,it is crucial to explore how long chain non coding RNA affects epithelial mesenchymal transformation and the development of colorectal cancer.This article will review the role of long chain non coding RNA related to epithelial mesenchymal transformation in colorectal cancer.
