首荟通便胶囊联合人参固本口服液治疗癌因性疲乏便秘的临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with Ginseng Guben oral liquid for cancer-related fatigue patients with constipation

目的观察首荟通便胶囊联合人参固本口服液治疗癌因性疲乏便秘的临床疗效。方法将96例癌因性疲乏便秘患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组48例予乳果糖口服溶液治疗,治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上应用首荟通便胶囊联合人参固本口服液治疗,2组均治疗1周。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后临床症状变化;比较2组治疗前后便秘症状评分变化;比较2组治疗前后肠道动力功能变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.83%(46/48),对照组总有效率79.17%(38/48),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便难度评分、便质评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便难度评分、便质评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后直肠症状评分、腹部症状评分、粪便性状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后直肠最低敏感量、直肠顺应性均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组直肠最低敏感量、直肠顺应性均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论首荟通便胶囊联合人参固本口服液治疗癌因性疲乏便秘,可改善患者便秘症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with Ginseng Guben oral liquid for cancer-related fatigue(CRF)patients with constipation.Methods A total of 96 CRF patients with constipation were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=48)and control group(n=48).All patients were managed by lactulose oral solution,and those in treatment group were additionally treated with Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with Ginseng Guben oral liquid.The treatment continued 1 week to compare clinical symptoms,constipation symptoms,gastrointestinal motility function.The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(95.83%[46/48]vs 79.71%[38/48],P<0.05).After treatment,first defecation time and defecation interval time in the both groups were significantly shorter than those before treatment,but the Cleveland Clinic Score(CCS),stool texture score were significantly lower(all P<0.05),and the different was significant in the above indexes between groups(all P<0.05).The scores of rectal symptoms,abdominal symptoms,and Bristol Stool Scale(BBS)in the both groups were significantly decreased,the decrease in the treatment group was more prevalent compared to the control group(P<0.05).The minimum sensitivity and compliance of rectal in the both groups were significantly decreased,which decreased notably in the treatment group relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with Ginseng Guben oral liquid can improve constipation in CRF patients.
