脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良采用加味归芪建中汤联合中药热奄包治疗的临床研究

Effect of modified Guiqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao on functional dyspepsia with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type

目的观察治疗加味归芪建中汤联合中药热奄包脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月我院收治的脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良患者60例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,观察组给予加味归芪建中汤联合中药热奄包治疗,对比2组临床疗效、中医证候评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组早饱、餐后饱胀、嗳气、上腹痛、恶心等症状缓解率更高(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组SAS评分,SDS评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分较治疗前均有降低(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候评分显著低于对照组的,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味归芪建中汤联合中药热奄包治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良患者可提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Guiqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Reyanbao on functional dyspepsia with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type.Methods Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were randomly assigned to control group(n=30,Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets)or observation group(n=30,modified Guiqi Jianzhong Decoction plus TCM Reyanbao).The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the relief rate of symptoms such as early satiety,postprandial satiety,belching,epigastric pain and nausea in the observation group was significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the decrease was more pronounced in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guiqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with TCM Reyanbao can improve the clinical efficacy and alleviate the clinical symptoms in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type.
