宫颈癌患者术后性健康认知现状及影响因素

Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Postoperative Sexual Health Cognition in Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探究宫颈癌患者术后性健康认知现况,分析其影响因素,为科学、有效的性健康教育路径提供理论支持。方法选取医院2022年1—6月收治的124例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,自制宫颈癌性健康认知问卷评估宫颈癌患者术后性健康认知现状,并通过多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果124例宫颈癌患者术后性健康认知低等水平者占比42.74%,中等水平者占比39.52%,高等水平者占比17.74%;多元线性回归显示年龄增加、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分高、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分高是宫颈癌患者性健康认知水平的危险因素,受教育程度高、接受性健康指导、手术结束时间长、有性功能障碍、有性行为不确定感、积极应对、居住于城镇、家庭平均月收入增加是宫颈癌患者性健康认知水平的保护因素(P<0.05)。SDS评分、SAS评分、积极应对、接受性教育指导、性功能障碍、性行为不确定感重要性较高,改善难度较低。结论宫颈癌患者术后性健康认知处于中低水平,年龄、情绪状态、受教育程度、接受性健康指导、手术结束时间、性功能障碍、性行为不确定感、积极应对、居住地、家庭平均月收入是其主要影响因素。

Objective To explore the status quo of postoperative sexual health cognition in patients with cervical cancer,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 124 patients with cervical cancer in hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as research objects.A self-made cervical cancer sexual health cognition questionnaire was used to evaluate the status quo of postoperative sexual health cognition of cervical cancer patients,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results Among 124 patients with cervical cancer,the low level of sexual health cognition accounted for 42.74%,the medium level accounted for 39.52%,and the high level accounted for 17.74%.Multiple linear regression shows that increasing age,SDS score,and SAS score are risk factors for sexual health cognition in cervical cancer patients,while increasing education level,receiving sexual health guidance,prolonging surgical end time,having sexual dysfunction,feeling uncertain about sexual behavior,positive coping,living in urban areas,and increasing average monthly household income were protective factors for cervical cancer patients’sexual health cognition level(P<0.05).SDS score,SAS score,positive coping,receiving sex education guidance,sexual dysfunction,and sexual uncertainty were more important,but less difficult to improve.Conclusion Postoperative sexual health cognition of patients with cervical cancer is at a low level,age,emotional state,educational level,acceptance of sexual health guidance,time after surgery,sexual dysfunction,uncertainty of sexual behavior,positive coping,place of residence,and average monthly income of the family are the main influencing factors.
