Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional care strategy under integrated service framework on coping styles and cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods According to random number table method,103 patients with NSCLC admitted to Department of Oncology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(51 cases)between April 2021 and June 2022.The control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was additionally given multi-dimensional care strategy under integrated service framework. The coping styles,CRF,scores of self-efficacy and quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group after nursing had higher scores in terms of face to face, quality of life, and self-efficacy than the control group, while the surrender and avoidance scores and CRF scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional care strategy under integrated service framework can effectively improve coping styles and relieve CRF of patients so as to improve self-efficacy,quality of life and patients satisfaction.
