中医“肾系统”与命门之火

"Kidney System"of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Fire of the Gate of Life

中医系统思维认为肾藏象应该是以肾为中心,包含膀胱、骨、髓、脑、齿、唾、发、耳、二阴、志、恐(惊)等若干脏、腑、形体、官窍在内的以经络联系的统一体,谓之肾系统。作为先天之本的肾系统具有主人体生长发育与生殖、主生髓化血、主抵御外邪、主水、主纳气等功能,是肾系统各部分协同作用的体现,在人体生命活动中发挥重要的功能。“命门之火”源自先天,根于肾中,是人体生命活动的原动力,周身阳气的源泉,可以增强人体各脏腑形体官窍的功能活动。“命门之火”可以加强肾系统与各部分之间的联系,肾系统各部分功能的发挥均离不开“命门之火”温煦和促进作用。当机体出现命门火衰时,肾系统各部分均会出现相应的病机变化,故从肾藏象系统与“命门之火”之间的关系加以阐释,以明晰其关系,更好地服务于临床实践。

Traditional Chinese Medicine system thinking believes that kidney should be renal-centered and a unity connected by meridians,including bladder,bone,pulp,brain,teeth,spit,hair,ear,two Yin,zhi,fear(frighten).It is called the renal system.As the congenital foundation,the renal system has the functions of responsible for human growth and development and reproduction,responsible for generating bone marrow and blood,responsible for resist external evil,responsible for water fluid metabolism,responsible for na qi etc.It is the embodiment of the synergistic effect of all parts of the renal system and plays an important function in human life activities."Fire of the gate of life"comes from congenital and roots in the kidney,which is the driving force of human life activities and the source of Yang around the body and can enhance the functional activities of the viscera and body of the human body.Among them,"fire of the gate of life"can strengthen the connection between the renal system and each parts.The function of each part of the renal system cannot be separated from the warming and promoting role of"fire of the gate of life".When"fire of the gate of life"is decline,each part of the renal system will appear the corresponding pathogenesis changes.Therefore,this paper explains the relationship between the renal system and the"fire of the gate of life",so as to clarify its relationship and better able to serve the clinical practice.
