跨文化视角下的儿童感觉统合障碍治疗:中医与心理疗法的结合

Treatment of Sensory Integration Disorders in Children from a Cross-Cultural Perspective:a Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Psychotherapy

随着具有感觉统合障碍儿童数量的增加,社会越来越关注感觉统合障碍的问题。研究表明,感觉统合障碍儿童是可以通过及时的、科学的干预治疗得到良好恢复的。因此为研究跨文化视角下的儿童感觉统合障碍治疗,深入探讨了中医与心理疗法相结合的创新治疗模式。首先,根据东西方文化差异探讨跨文化认知背景下儿童感觉统合障碍的差异;其次,从理论及应用等方面阐述中医诊疗和心理疗法诊疗的各自作用,从综合诊断和综合干预的角度阐述中医与心理疗法结合的可行性;最后,从跨学科合作、个性化治疗、社区化服务角度出发,展望中医与心理疗法结合的未来发展趋势。文章围绕中医与心理疗法的结合进行综述,为进一步研究开发提供参考。

With the increasing number of children with sensory integration disorder,more and more attention has been the problem of sensory integration disorder.Studies have shown that children with sensory integration disorder can recover well through timely and scientific intervention treatment.Therefore,in order to study the treatment of sensory integration disorder in children from a cross-cultural perspective,the innovative treatment model combining traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy was deeply discussed.First,based on the cultural differences between east and west,this paper discusses the differences of children's sensory integration disorders under cross-cultural cognitive background.Secondly,it expounds the respective functions of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and psychotherapy from the aspects of theory and application,and expounds the feasibility of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy from the perspective of comprehensive diagnosis and comprehensive intervention.Finally,from the perspective of interdisciplinary cooperation,personalized treatment and community service,the future development trend of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy is prospected.This paper will focus on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy to provide reference for further research and development.
