沁城煤业综采工作面水力压裂卸压技术研究

摘要 沁城煤业综采工作面开采过程中,由于上部关键层不能及时、充分垮落,在护巷煤柱上方形成悬臂梁结构,导致巷道变形大,出现底鼓和帮鼓现象,影响巷道的安全、正常使用。为了解决这一问题,经过分析研究,决定在该矿20106工作面和20107工作面停采线位置、20107工作面与20108工作面切眼位置、20107工作面回风巷(辅助进风巷)进行水力压裂顶板弱化卸压试验,并制定了相关压裂方案。实践表明,设计的卸压方案实施后,顶板可以及时垮落,减小了悬顶长度,解决了尾巷和大巷变形大的问题,降低了巷道返修量,保证回采安全。 During the mining process of fully mechanized mining face in Qincheng Coal Industry,due to the failure of the upper key stratum to fall in time and fully,a cantilever beam structure was formed above the coal pillar of the roadway,resulting in large deformation of the roadway,bottom drum and side drum phenomenon,affecting the safe and normal use of the roadway.In order to solve this problem,through analysis and research,it was decided to carry out hydraulic fracturing roof weakening pressure relief test in the stop line position of No.20106 and 20107 Face,the open-off cut position of No.20107 and 20108 Face,and the return air roadway(auxiliary air intake roadway)of No.20107 Face,and relevant fracturing schemes were formulated.Practice showed that after the implementation of the designed pressure relief scheme,the roof could collapse in time,the length of the suspended roof was reduced,the problem of large deformation of the tail roadway and the main roadway was solved,the amount of roadway repair was reduced,which ensured the safety of mining.
