矿用气动单轨吊承载车的静动态特性分析

摘要 以DQD20型气动单轨吊承载车为研究对象,建立气动单轨吊承载车的三维立体模型,通过有限元前处理,对承载车进行静力学特性分析,得出其在10倍安全系数载荷下的变形应力云图,并指出危险断面的位置及解决方法;在ANSYS Workbench模态分析模块中对承载车进行了模态分析,得出了承载车1-6阶的振型云图和振动特性,与气动单轨吊的工作频率作对比,得出不会发生共振的结论。 Taking the pneumatic monorail crane bearing vehicle as the research object,the three-dimensional model of the pneumatic monorail crane bearing vehicle is established.Through the finite element pre-processing,the static characteristics of the bearing vehicle are analyzed,and the deformation stress cloud diagram under the load of 10 times the safety factor is obtained,and the location of the dangerous section and the solution are pointed out.In the modal analysis module of ANSYS Workbench,the modal analysis of the bearing vehicle is carried out,and the 1-6 order vibration mode cloud diagram and vibration characteristics of the bearing vehicle are obtained.Compared with the working frequency of the pneumatic monorail crane,it is concluded that resonance will not occur.
