摘要
为了提高无极绳卡轨车运输的安全性,拓宽液压制动牵引车的适应范围,对液压抱闸制动牵引车进行了系列化设计与研究。通过对四轮/八轮车体不同车体结构设计、不同制动力的液压抱闸设计以及600轨距900轨距轮对转盘车架的设计,完成了KSP46、KSP49、KSP66、KSP69、KSP96、KSP99等车型的设计,并设计了抱闸摩擦性能和空动时间测试试验方案,通过分析试验数据得出了该产品的安全可靠性。
In order to improve the safety of endless rope railcar transportation and broaden the adaptability of hydraulic brake tractor,the series design and research of hydraulic brake tractor are carried out.The design of KSP46,KSP49,KSP66,KSP69,KSP96,KSP99 and other models was completed through the design of different body structure of four-wheel/eight-wheel car body,the design of hydraulic brake with different braking force and the design of 600 gauge 900 gauge wheel set frame.The test scheme of brake friction performance and air movement time was designed,and the safety and reliability of the product was obtained by analyzing the test data.
