基于PLC技术的筛分煤矿输煤栈桥自动控制系统设计

摘要 筛分煤矿输煤栈桥在整个输煤系统中占有重要地位,目前筛分煤矿输煤栈桥自动控制系统煤矿运输量与实际量相差较小,导致精密度较低。为解决上述问题,基于PLC技术设计了一种新的筛分煤矿输煤栈桥自动控制系统,在原有PLC控制的基础上,新增PLC扩展模块、I/O模块,将系统重新编程,将整个卸车系统改成自动控制,达到无人值守控制模式,提高系统控制的安全性和可靠性。实验结果表明,基于PLC技术的筛分煤矿输煤栈桥自动控制系统能够有效提高煤矿运输量计算结果的准确度,增强精密度。 The coal conveying trestle in the screening coal mine occupies a very important position in the entire coal conveying system.At present,the automatic control system for coal conveying in screening coal mines has a small difference between the coal transportation volume and the actual volume,resulting in low precision.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,a new automatic control system for coal conveying trestle for screening coal mines was designed based on PLC technology.On the basis of the original PLC control,PLC extension modules and I/O modules were added,the system was reprogrammed,and the entire unloading system was changed to automatic control,reaching unmanned control mode,and improving the safety and reliability of system control.The experimental results show that the automatic control system of coal conveying trestle for screening coal mine based on PLC technology can effectively improve the accuracy and precision of coal mine transportation calculation results.
