煤巷掘进过程中不同作业工序声电特征研究

摘要 为了监测和预警掘进过程工作面前方的煤岩动力灾害,基于声电监测预警系统对五阳矿掘进过程中设备迁移、钻孔工艺、顶板水力压裂等作业过程进行实时监测,探究不同作业工序时的声电响应规律,并研究了不同掘进速度下的声电响应特征,最后提出声—电—瓦斯超限综合预警模型。结果表明,巷道掘进过程声电强度干扰信号以尖端型脉冲和n型为主,不同作业工序声电响应特征不同,设备迁移、区域钻孔作业、顶板水力压裂时声发射、电磁辐射强度均存在差异,声发射突增率分别为300%、300%、500%,电磁辐射强度突增率分别为-120%、900%、100%;声发射、电磁辐射强度与掘进速度变化具有明显的对应关系,三者呈现出良好的正相关性;提出声—电—瓦斯超限综合预警模型,该预警模型准确率达90%,误报率降为10%,有效提高了预警实时性及准确率。研究结果可为掘进工作面煤岩动力灾害防治、预测预警等工作提供了借鉴意义。 In order to monitor and warn the coal-rock power disaster in front of the working face of the driving process,based on the acoustic-electric monitoring and warning system,real-time monitoring of equipment migration,drilling technology,roof hydraulic fracturing and other operational processes in the driving process of Wuyang Coal Mine was carried out to explore the acoustic-electric response law in different operational processes,and the acoustic-electric response characteristics under different driving speeds were investigated,and finally the acoustic-electricity-gas exceeding the limit comprehensive early warning model was proposed.The results showed that the interference signals of acoustic-electrical intensity during roadway driving were mainly tip-type pulses and n-type,and the acousti-electric response characteristics are different in different operation processes.There were differences in acoustic emission and electromagnetic radiation intensity during equipment relocation,regional drilling operation,and hydraulic fracturing of the roof,and the acoustic emission surge rates were 300%,300%,and 500%,respectively,and the electromagnetic radiation intensity surge rates were-120%,900%,and 100%,respectively.The acoustic emission,electromagnetic radiation intensity and the change of driving speed had obvious correspondence,and the three ones show good positive correlation.The acoustic-electrical-gas exceeding the limit comprehensive early warning model was proposed,and the accuracy of the warning model reached 90%,and the false alarm rate was reduced to 10%,improving the real-time warning and accuracy.The research results can provide reference significance for the prevention and control,prediction and early warning of coal-rock dynamic disasters in the driving face.
