摘要
【目的】针对带式输送机综合工况中的跑偏、撕裂、急停闭锁等问题,设计一套基于PLC的实时监测系统,对输送机皮带的状态进行实时感知,当发生异常情况时自动预警,为输送机的相关线上人员提供操作和处理依据,提高带式输送机的开机率。【方法】首先,分析带式输送机跑偏、撕裂、急停闭锁等常见故障的形成机理及特点,明确相应的工况监测参数需求;其次,根据矿井生产过程中的实际工作环境以及工况监测和故障紧急保护的需求程度,选择合适的监测传感器;最后,结合PLC控制,形成可实施的系统方案。【结果】通过方案对比评估,最终设计出基于PLC的带式输送机跑偏、撕裂、急停闭锁工况监测系统。【结论】确定了监测传感器选型原则,形成了带式输送机具体的监测和控制设计方法,为提升煤矿带式输送机的运行可靠性提供了可工程化实施的指导方案。
[Purposes]This paper aims to design a real-time monitoring system for the most serious issues affecting safety production in the comprehensive working conditions of belt conveyors,such as deviation,tearing,and emergency stop locking.This system can perceive the survival status of conveyor belts in real time and automatically warn of abnormalities,and it provides a basis for operation and handling for relevant personnel on the conveyor belt,and improves the start-up rate of belt conveyors.[Methods]Firstly,the formation mechanism and characteristics of common faults such as belt conveyor deviation,tearing,and emergency stop locking were analyzed,and the corresponding monitoring parameter require-ments for working conditions were clarified.Then,based on the actual harsh level of working environ-ment in the mine production process,as well as the degree of demand for working condition monitoring and fault emergency protection,suitable monitoring sensors were selected.Finally,combining with PLC control,an implementable system scheme is formed.[Findings]Through comparative evaluation of schemes,a PLC based monitoring system for belt conveyor deviation,tearing,and emergency stop lock-ing conditions was ultimately constructed.[Conclusions]This article establishes the principle of select-ing monitoring sensors and forms a specific monitoring and control design method for belt conveyors,pro-viding engineering guidance for improving the operational reliability of coal mine belt conveyors.
