摘要
本文主要结合ISO 12219-1:2021等整车高温试验标准,从吐鲁番实地测试条件、模拟舱高温辐照方式、高温试验条件等几个方面对车内模拟极端高温后内饰散发VOC情况进行了综合分析,分析结果表明:该试验方法可通过提高辐照度的方式来提高试验车内温度,使车内温度接近吐鲁番媒体测试时的极端高温,同时也让VOC散发接近国内城市夏季暴晒后的状态,更加贴近用户实际用车环境的上限。本文的分析结果旨在为各主机厂模拟夏季极端高温下内饰VOC散发提供理论依据。
Combined with ISO 12219-1:2021 and other vehicle high-temperature test standards,a comprehensive analysis of the VOC emitted by the interior after simulated extreme high temperature in the vehicle was carried out from several aspects,such as the field test conditions in Turpan,the high-temperature irradiation mode of the simulated cabin,and the high-temperature test conditions,the analysis results show that the test method can increase the temperature in the test car by increasing the irradiance,so that the temperature in the car is close to the extreme high temperature in the Turpan media test,and at the same time,the VOC emission is close to the state after summer exposure in domestic cities,which is closer to the upper limit of the user’s actual car environment.The analysis results of this paper aim to provide a theoretical basis for OEMs to simulate the emission of VOC in interior interiors under extreme high temperature in summer.
