摘要
基于卫生陶瓷包装跌落试验装置校准方法的缺失,为了规范和完善跌落试验装置的校准以降低陶瓷制品在运输过程中的跌落破损率,文章通过介绍该试验装置的工作原理、校准条件、校准项目、校准方法和跌落高度示值误差测量结果的不确定度评定示例,成功建立卫生陶瓷包装跌落试验装置的校准方法,为跌落试验装置的量值溯源和标准化提供有益参考,促进卫生陶瓷包装领域的高质量发展,推动卫生陶瓷产业的可持续发展。
Based on the lack of calibration methods for the drop test device of sanitary ceramic packaging,in order to standardize and improve the calibration of the drop test device to reduce the drop damage rate of ceramic products during transportation,this article introduces the working principle,calibration conditions,calibration items,calibration methods,and uncertainty evaluation examples of the measurement results of drop height indication errors of the test device.It successfully establishes a calibration method for the drop test device of sanitary ceramic packaging,providing useful reference for the traceability and standardization of drop test devices,promoting high-quality development in the field of sanitary ceramic packaging,and promoting the sustainable development of the sanitary ceramic industry.
