球压试验能力验证技术分析及建议

摘要 球压试验是检验电工电子产品中非金属材料制成的外部零件、用来支撑带电部件(包括连接)的绝缘材料零件以及提供附加绝缘或加强绝缘的热塑材料零件的耐热性能的重要方法,也是相关产品质量国家监督抽查的必检项目之一。文章根据组织实施的能力验证计划及测量审核,结合GB/T 5169.21-2017,针对试验前仪器的检查、试验设置、压痕边缘识别三个可能会导致试验结果出现偏差的环节做出技术分析和建议。其中着重分析了使用影像测量仪测量尺寸d时,像素校正和光源类型对试验结果的影响。 Ball pressure test is an important method to test the heat resistance of external parts made of non-metallic materials in electrical and electronic products,insulating material parts used to support live parts(including connections)and thermoplastic material parts that provide additional insulation or enhanced insulation,and is also one of the required items for national supervision and sampling of related product quality.According to the Proficiency Testing scheme and measurement audit implemented by us,combined with GB/T 5169.21-2017,we makes technical analysis and suggestions for three links that may lead to deviation of test results,including instrument inspection,test setting and indentation edge identification before the test in this paper.The effects of pixel correction and light source type on the test results when the d is measured by an image measuring instrument are analyzed.
