摘要
文章详细介绍了西安际华园兰府项目智能化管理系统、智能化安防监控系统、装配式应用,对干热岩取热原理、设备配置实现“取热不取水”的采暖方式进行了阐述。同时对海绵城市设置渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排等生态化技术,取代传统雨水收集设施的做法进行了对比、数据分析。对于TBCAD系统、BIM技术、RIVETA软件优化设计的应用,实现了绿色、节能、智能建筑的目标。
This paper introduces in detail the intelligent management system,intelligent security monitoring system and assembly application of Xi'an Jihuayuan Lanfu Project,and expounds the principle of heat extraction of dry hot rock and the heating mode of"taking heat without taking water"realized by equipment configuration.At the same time,the methods of replacing traditional rainwater collection facilities with ecological technologies such as seepage,retention,storage,net,use and drainage in sponge cities are compared and analyzed.The application of TBCAD system,BIM technology,and RIVETA software optimization design has achieved the goals of green,energy-saving,and intelligent buildings.
